1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Billenix – Earthmover Billing Software platform ("Platform"), operated by Billenix, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service (Important Disclaimer)

Billenix is a software tool designed to assist with billing, invoicing, purchase tracking, and financial reporting.

We do not provide:

• Legal advice
• Tax consultation
• Financial advisory

All outputs (GST invoices, reports, profit / loss) are system-generated and indicative only. Users must verify all data before use.

3. GST & Legal Compliance Disclaimer

• Billenix only provides tools for GST / non-GST billing.
• We do not guarantee GST compliance.
• Users must verify GST rates, HSN / SAC codes, and tax calculations.

Billenix is not liable for wrong GST filing, government penalties, or legal consequences.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the Platform legally.
• Not to perform fraud or fake billing.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

5. Account & Security

• Login is done via OTP.
• You are responsible for account security.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access.

6. Business Data & Ownership

• Your data belongs to you.
• We process and store it only to provide the service.

Important:

• You must maintain your own backups.
• We are not responsible for data loss, bugs, device issues, or accidental deletion.

7. Reports & Profit / Loss Disclaimer

• Reports and profit / loss statements are estimates only.
• They are for reference purposes.

We are not responsible for business losses, wrong decisions, or incorrect inputs.

8. Payments & Subscription

• Paid plans are available.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay.

We are not responsible for:

• Payment failures
• Delays
• Gateway issues

9. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days.
• Only eligible plans are refundable.
• Gateway charges may be deducted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billenix is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect), data loss, GST / legal issues, downtime, or bugs. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Razorpay for payments and are not responsible for them.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraud is detected.
• There is misuse of the Platform.
• These Terms are violated.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
