Sand, aggregate, and building materials
Construction material billing software
Building material billing software for sales that are separate from machine hire. You keep a material master — name, unit, GST, and rates — and bill from that list. Stock tracking is optional per material.
Units you already trade in
Materials keep the unit you set, such as bag, kilogram, brass, cubic feet, or trip. The invoice does not invent a second unit system.
Available quantity
When inventory tracking is on, available quantity updates from opening stock, purchases, final material sales, and stock adjustments.
Quotations and purchase bills
Quotations and purchase invoices are in the product. They are not a substitute for a full accounts package.
Illustrative material invoice
A customer buys crushed sand in brass. You pick the material, enter quantity and rate, and create the material invoice. If stock is tracked, the available quantity drops when that bill is final. This is a product example, not a customer result.
Questions
- Does every material have to track stock?
- No. Inventory tracking is optional. Materials with tracking off do not reduce stock on a sale.
- Is this the same screen as a JCB hire bill?
- No. Machine invoices and material invoices are separate.
