The crane stays named
The invoice shows that crane, the client, and the site. Fuel the operator logs stays on the crane record, separate from the hire amount.
Illustrative crane hire bill
A site books a Hydra for two days. The invoice has one day-rate line, quantity 2, for that Hydra. It does not list trips. Fuel logged by the operator stays on the machine record. This is a product example, not a customer job.
