JCB Billing Format and JCB Invoice Format in India
A JCB invoice format for hire bills in India: the machine, the hire unit, GST or non-GST, and a PDF. This is the JCB billing format Billenix uses. It is not a government template.
What a JCB invoice format needs
A usable JCB invoice format names the client, the site or project, and the backhoe loader. The line states the hire unit the agreement uses: hour, minute, day, month, or a fixed amount. Quantity and rate sit on that line.
Fuel logs and site challans stay on the machine record. They are not a diesel-adjustment formula printed on the invoice. If the site wants those documents, share them with the PDF.
GST or non-GST on the same format
The JCB billing format can be a GST invoice or a non-GST bill. A GST invoice uses CGST and SGST, or IGST, from the rates on the business. Billenix does not file GST returns.
Choose the tax treatment the job actually uses. Do not add a tax line to a non-GST bill just to make the PDF look complete.
From site work to the PDF
Register the machine once. Raise the hire line for the approved period. Finalise the invoice and download the PDF. Record payments against that invoice so outstanding is the unpaid balance, not a second spreadsheet.
The product page for this workflow is the JCB billing software page. Backhoe loaders use that same hire bill.
